No matter how hard I try to mix it up, I always seem to end up in a makeup rut. I've recently recreated about 50,000 golden brown smokey eyes looks. And don't even get me started on coral lips. I'm obsessed. Sorry not sorry. Anyway, I thought it was time I tried something new: winged liner* and red lips. (*P.S. It's not that I've never tried winged liner, I've just never successfully managed it. Hooray!)
I used Sable on the lid and blended Satin Taupe into the crease. Next up was my trusty Natural Collection Liner, and Benefit's Bad Gal Lash. I used Revlon's Bronze Glow as a blush/bronzer/highlighter hybrid, and applied MUA's Matte Brown shadow to my brows.
Now the pièce de résistance, Miners' Wonderwall Lipstick*. It's a lovely matte lipstick, and isn't the shade lovely? I think I've found a red that might actually suit me. Yay!
